Dom Pérignon 2008 Vintage Release


Dom Pérignon wanted to host a dinner to celebrate its P2 1998 release. Guests were ‘Treated’ to the ’98, ’04 and ’70 vintages. To complement the honeysuckle and almond notes in the 98 Dom Perignon, we served scallop gratin then orange-scented duck breast. French cheeses were next followed by a sour cherry & frangipane bavarois.

The resulting atmosphere? Bubbly, of course!
